12-inch by 24-inch wooden flag with the Alexandria FD Logo. The flag is machined from a single piece of edge-glued (high-end) wood. The wood is appropriately prepared and painted (stained) black prior to carving. After carving, it is sanded lightly to remove any burrs or imperfections. The Red Line tribute is then applied. Once this is done, the flag is placed in a mold and epoxy is applied. Once the epoxy is fully cured, the flag is removed from the mold, sanded and polished before delivery.
